Use public 14/14 and long-shift roster examples to build a pre-RFQ KUBO accommodation list. Separate concurrent bed demand, day-sleep zoning, overnight crew overlap and shared-facility peaks before module quantities are set.
A procurement guide for rental-fleet owners, camp-service companies and dealers buying modular buildings from KUBO for their own fleets. Learn what to standardise, what to keep project-variable, how to test a first purchase against a second customer brief, and how released reusable capacity should drive later expansion orders.
A modular site office can sometimes be prepared for a later worker-accommodation role, but the conversion should be planned rather than assumed. This guide helps EPC procurement and engineering teams decide whether to preconfigure the first order for two known uses or keep the office optimized for its current phase and release a controlled retrofit later.
During technical bid clarification, decide whether a large-project meeting or training room remains one Flat Pack module or becomes a controlled joined-module variant. Define the returnable inputs needed for design freeze before purchase-order release and factory production.
Compare open-plan and partitioned site office layouts inside our 5845 x 2780 mm Flat Pack interior. See how partitions, door swings, storage, privacy, power, data, AV and HVAC change the configuration before production.
Shared internal access can suit two room rows operated as one protected accommodation block, while external walkways can suit direct room access and parallel wings. This guide compares the same six-room schedule, circulation geometry, entrance interfaces and physical package implications for an early KUBO Flat Pack layout discussion.
A practical worker dormitory layout starts with the internal room dimensions and the buyer’s actual furniture. Compare single beds, twin beds and bunk arrangements using KUBO’s verified flat-pack shell dimensions, transparent calculations and everyday access checks.
Define modular building shipping documents, reconcile package and transport records, and assign release responsibilities from factory packing to site receipt.
Build a controlled modular building tender specification covering system boundaries, MEP, site interfaces, bidder returns, deviations, evidence and award traceability.
Learn how to compare modular building technical deviations through evidence review, interface checks, commercial normalization and award freeze.
Compare modular building landed cost correctly by reconciling factory quotes, freight, customs, taxes, exclusions and destination delivery scope.
Understand the modular building cost factors that shape project budgets, quotations, scope transfers, site work, installation and estimate confidence.
