KUBO uses information submitted through contact, quotation and project enquiry forms to respond to modular building project requests. Typical information may include your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project location and project requirements.
We use this information for communication, quotation preparation, project follow-up, customer service, lead administration and the security and operation of our website. We do not publish visitor enquiry details on the website.

Enhanced conversion processing is not permitted when the relevant advertising data consent is denied. We do not place email addresses or phone numbers in Google Analytics custom dimensions.
Customer Match and Audience Matching
Where enabled and where required consent has been obtained, KUBO may use first-party customer data with advertising service providers to create or use audience matching for advertising measurement, customer lifecycle analysis or relevant advertising. Customer Match or similar audience features are not activated merely by visiting or submitting a form; their use is subject to KUBOโs configuration, applicable consent and the service providerโs policies.
Your Choices and Withdrawal of Consent
When the cookie banner is shown, you can select Accept All, Reject Non-Essential or Manage Preferences. In Manage Preferences, Analytics and Advertising can be controlled separately.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting the Consent Preferences button displayed on the website. Your updated choice is stored so it remains effective when you refresh the page or move between pages. Withdrawing advertising consent stops future optional advertising storage and processing through the website and removes KUBOโs locally stored advertising attribution data from that browser.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from submitting a project enquiry. Necessary website functions remain available.

KUBO may provide information to service providers acting on our behalf where needed to operate the website, respond to enquiries, protect the website, communicate with prospective or existing customers, measure website and advertising performance or maintain business systems.
