Worldwide partnership
Build Your Local Market With a Manufacturing Partner Behind You
The local partner stays close to the customer, project site and local business environment. KUBO focuses on the manufacturing and supply side. Together, the model can support individual projects, repeat wholesale or a deeper distribution relationship without assuming both parties perform the same role.
Partnership model
You Manage the Local Relationship. KUBO Supports the Supply Side.
The exact division of responsibility is confirmed for each opportunity. Each party remains responsible for the scope it has agreed to perform.

Commercial model
Factory-Direct Supply Gives Partners More Ways to Create Local Value
Local partners may contribute through customer acquisition, specification support, communication, delivery, installation coordination, permitting coordination, contractor management, site services or after-sales support. KUBO supports manufacturing-side product configuration and project supply rather than limiting discussions to a fixed catalogue item.
Partner pricing follows the real opportunity
Commercial review can reflect the selected system, specification, customization, quantity, expected order pattern, packing and shipment scope, documentation and the proposed cooperation structure. KUBO does not publish an unverified universal discount.
COMMERCIAL CAUTION
Actual distributor profitability depends on purchase cost, freight and import cost, local pricing, services, project complexity and market conditions.
KUBO does not promise a fixed margin, return, resale price or order volume.
Customization & technical support
Design Support Connects the Customer Requirement to the Factory
Customization remains subject to technical review, manufacturing feasibility and the final confirmed supply scope.
01
Define the opportunity
Share the application, project information, required facilities and customer requirements.
02
Review the system
KUBO reviews the modular system and configuration for the requested supply scope.
03
Coordinate technical information
Layouts, relevant drawings and specifications are coordinated within the agreed scope.
04
Complete local review
The dealer, customer, EPC team or appointed local professionals review destination requirements.
05
Confirm the scope
Technical and commercial information is aligned before manufacturing.
Local design and approval boundary: KUBO is not the local licensed architect or engineer of record, does not obtain local permits by default, and does not guarantee local-code approval. Local structural, architectural, engineering, fire, accessibility, planning, utility and permitting requirements remain with the responsible destination parties.
Product opportunities

Production & export support
Production and Delivery Planning Must Match the Actual Order
Timing can be affected by system, customization, quantity, material requirements, drawing and specification approval, current factory schedule, packing and shipment planning. KUBO confirms production planning against the actual enquiry or order rather than stating one universal lead time.
- Packing and loading planning
- Shipment coordination
- Export documentation within the agreed scope
- Order and batch planning where appropriate
Destination customs clearance is not included by default.

KUBO does not represent itself as the manufacturer of third-party furniture. Products, specifications, suppliers and commercial responsibilities are confirmed separately.

Dealer & distributor FAQ
Questions Partners Ask Before Starting
Can I become a KUBO distributor in my country?
KUBO welcomes enquiries from qualified dealers, distributors, resellers, project suppliers and contractors worldwide. Share your company, market coverage, local capability and expected cooperation model. A distribution enquiry does not automatically create territorial rights or exclusivity.
Does KUBO offer dealer or distributor pricing?
Dealer, reseller and repeat-order commercial terms can be discussed against the actual opportunity. Pricing may depend on the system, configuration, order scope, customization, expected order pattern, packing and shipping requirements and the responsibilities requested from KUBO.
How much can I earn as a KUBO dealer or distributor?
KUBO does not guarantee distributor earnings or a fixed resale margin. Actual distributor profitability depends on purchase cost, freight and import cost, local pricing, services, project complexity and market conditions.
Can KUBO modular buildings be customized for my customers?
Project-specific customization can be reviewed. Available scope depends on the selected system, intended application, project requirements and manufacturing feasibility, and is confirmed only in the agreed technical and commercial scope.
Can KUBO provide layouts and drawings for dealer projects?
KUBO can support layouts and coordinate relevant drawings and specifications within the agreed manufacturing scope. These materials do not replace local licensed architectural, engineering or regulatory review, and KUBO does not guarantee local approval.
Can KUBO help source furniture for a modular project?
Optional loose-furniture sourcing coordination can be discussed when included in the agreed project scope. KUBO does not represent itself as the furniture manufacturer; third-party products, specifications and responsibilities are confirmed separately.
What is the delivery time for dealer orders?
There is no single lead time for every order. Timing depends on the selected system, configuration, project scope, customization, technical confirmation, factory planning, packing requirements and shipment arrangement.
Do I need to hold KUBO inventory locally?
Not necessarily. Cooperation can be structured around customer projects, repeat wholesale orders or a broader dealer/distribution model. No inventory commitment exists unless it is specifically discussed and agreed.
Can I obtain exclusive distribution rights?
Exclusivity is not automatic. Deeper distributor cooperation may be discussed based on market development, expected business, local capability and mutual commercial commitment. No exclusivity exists unless expressly agreed.
Who handles local installation?
The responsibility depends on the project. A local dealer, contractor or appointed installation team may handle site installation and local services. KUBO coordinates agreed manufacturing-side information and assembly support, but is not the local installation contractor by default.
